To say we are a bit blow away by the amount of listeners we have had this week would be an understatement. Yesterday (Feb 3rd) we had nearly 500 total listening hours for that one day! While we love it and we are honored so many people want to listen in it is also scaring us - a lot!
Ya see we pay our royalties per listening hours and we are capped with our current plan at 4K hours for an entire MONTH. We reached an 8th of that on one day! While we an feasibly upgrade our plan so we can have a total of 7K listening hours it will cost us another 20.00 a month and if things go like they did yesterday - we will exceed that quickly. So what do we do? Well... we have unfortunately had to set the server to bump off anyone that has been listening for 4 hours. This is to prevent people from tuning in and walking away. We want people to listen. We want people to enjoy - but we are begging everyone to not just tune in at work or at home and let your player go and go and go when no one is listening. We have had some people tune in for 13, 16 and even 18 hours. No one is sitting there listening for that long. Ya know that saying - "Time is Money"? Well for us - it really is. We hated having to set the cut/bump off time but financially we had to do it. If you are still listening please log right back on - restart that player and enjoy. If you know you will be walking away for any amount of time, please "turn off the lights" so to speak. On a good note... new tracks were added today. We are always on the lookout for new or better tracks and today we scored! Here is the list... - Splash Mountain Ride Through Audio - Bay Lake Electric Water Pageant - Dream Along With Mickey - World of Color Theme Song -World of Color Sound Track - Paint The Night Parade Soundtrack -Pie Toss - Toy Story Midway Mania - Carousel of Progress - Current Version - WDW Railroad Fantasyland to Main Street - Announcements - WDW Monorail

Everything that is being played in MouseHouse Radio are the music that I love listening too! I know that they will not play it for good, but I am happy that I was able to catch this phase. I love movie soundtracks because most of these songs have stories to tell, I am just so glad that many people are choosing to dig in to what is worth listening too. If you are going to ask me, my favorite phase in music industry is 2008 songs!
